- Yes, a one-time action is required. Due to the ownership change, we are migrating to a new, more secure payment system. For your security, your saved payment details could not be transferred automatically.To thank you for your loyalty and cooperation during this transition, the new owner is offering your next month of service completely free (this will be processed as a refund after your first successful payment in the new system).To ensure your subscription continues uninterrupted long-term, you will need to securely update your payment method. - I had a account without active subscription, but I can’t log in. What happened?
- As part of the ownership transfer and our commitment to data privacy under GDPR, we have permanently anonymized all personal data from accounts that did not have an active, paying subscription. This was a critical step to ensure that your personal information was not transferred to the new owner without your explicit consent. While we understand this may be an inconvenience, this action was taken to protect your privacy. If you would like to use HeroLister again, we warmly invite you to create a new account and start fresh with us.
